To strengthen our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we are looking for a motivated graduate with a background in interior engineering.
Your Role:
You will take charge of our technical development and engineering department. This includes full responsibility for furniture cost calculation and ensuring that drawings and production plans are aligned with these calculations. You will also lead the development and optimization of technical drawings and ensure feasibility for high-quality production.
Your Tasks
- Lead technical development for furniture and interior fit-out projects
- Take full ownership of cost calculations (materials, labor, processes)
- Ensure execution drawings and production align with calculations
- Oversee and improve drawing development and technical detailing
- Drive improvements in engineering workflows and production processes
Your Profile
- Degree in Interior Engineering or a comparable technical field
- Practical experience as a trained cabinet maker or carpenter is a strong plus
- Experience in interior fit-out or retail construction
- Strong understanding of costing, furniture production, and technical drawing
- Interest in working abroad and building an international career
