How to Add and Remove Keys to Your Dialock System

Assigning User Keys

  1. Hold the green programming key tag near the terminal
  2. When the green LED blinks, present the new user key within 5 seconds
  3. The green LED confirms successful assignment

How to Remove and Put in a Drawer



Video 1 - How to Remove a Drawer

  1. Open the drawer fully until it stops naturally
  2. Locate the release mechanisms -  Look or feel underneath the drawer, near the front, to find the orange or gray locking devices
  3. Activate the release mechanisms - press the locking devices inward. Both sides must be released simultaneously
  4. Lift the front of the drawer. Afterwards pull the drawer out fully

Video 2 - How to Put in a Drawer

  1. Pull the slides out fully until they stop naturally
  2. Hold the drawer level and align the metal hooks on the back of the slides with the corresponding slots on the drawer
  3. Slowly push the drawer in until you hear a click
  4. Test the drawer to ensure it glides smoothly

How to Adjust Drawer Slides

Adjust the Vertical Position

  1. Locate the grey lever at the front of the slide
  2. To raise the drawer, push the lever backward
  3. To lower the drawer, push the lever frontward
  4. Make small adjustments until the drawer sits at the desired height

Adjust the Horizontal Position

  1. Locate the small screws at the rear section of each metal slide.
  2. Turning the screw clockwise will move the drawer slightly towards the inside of the cabinet.
  3. Turning the screw counterclockwise will move the drawer slightly towards the outside.
  4. Make small adjustments until the drawer sits at the desired position

Adjusting the Rear Pin Alignment

  1. If the rear pin is not properly aligned wit the designated hole, tilt the switch at the back of the drawer slide to adjust its position and ensure proper alignment.


How to Replace Glass Doors

  1. Remove the bottom panel of your shelf.
  2. You can now take out the division wall
  3. Access the construction floor and carefully fold it upwards.
  4. Unscrew the lower profile attached to the glass door.
  5. Once the screws are removed, gently take out the glass door.

Ensure you handle the glass with care to avoid damage or injury during the process.


How to Replace a Damaged Hinge

  1. Open the door wide enough to access the hinge.
  2. Look for the release mechanism at the back of the hinge. You can press this to detach the hinge from the base plate.
  3. Release the hinge carefully and remove it from the base plate.
  4. Remove the damaged part of the old hinge and attach the new one by screwing it in place.
  5. When all parts of the hinges are replaced and screwed into the right places, align the door with the base plates in the cabinet.
  6. Press the hinges together - you should hear a "click" when it's properly seated.
  7. Close the door to make sure it shuts properly and the hinge works smoothly.
  8. Adjust the hinges if necessary (see the next video).


How to Adjust Hinges on Cabinet Doors

Use a screwdriver to turn the hinge screws.
Tip: Try to adjust all hinges on a door slightly, rather than making a large adjustment to just one hinge. Adjusting only one hinge can create tension in the door.

Top or Bottom Adjustments

  1. loosen screws on the mounting plate
  2. move the door in the desired direction (up or down)
  3. tighten the screws again

Left or Right Adjustments

These can be made by adjusting the screw locate in the middle of the hinge

Front or Back Adjustments

To move the door closer or farther away from the cabinet frame, adjust the screw at the front of the hinge.
Tip: This adjustment can help, if the door isn't closing properly.

How to Replace Buttons on Cushions

Preparation

  1. Use a thick, sturdy needle and a strong thread.
  2. pull the thread through the needle and tie it into a closed loop.
  3. Pull another thread through the hole of the button.

Attaching the Button

  1. Stick the needle through the fabric at the spot where the button used to be, ensuring it aligns with the hole in the back panel of the cushion.
  2. Make sure not to pull the needle through completely. Leave the looped thread sticking out.
  3. Pull the thread of the button through the loop and then pull the needle through completely, bringing the button thread to the back side of the cushion.
  4. On the back panel of the cushion, use a small screw to anchor the button thread.
  5. Wrap the thread tightly around the screw and ensure the button is firmly secured.



How to Replace LED Spots

  1. Carefully lever the LED Sport out of the socket with a screwdriver.
  2. Replace the new LED spotlight.
  3. The light should start to turn on immediately.
  4. Adjust the angle of the light to the desired position.



How to Replace LED Strips

  1. Locate the position of the wiring
  2. Unplug it
  3. Carefully remove the LED Strip
  4. Reconnect the wiring to the new LED strip
  5. securely reattach the LED strip to the furniture


How to Fix Minor Dents

  1. Use wax or putty to carefully fill the dents.
    Tip: Protect surrounding or delicate areas before applying.
  2. Wipe away any excess material right away.
  3. Allow it to dry.
  4. Apply the matching lacquer color.
  5. Remove any excess lacquer immediately.
  6. Let it dry completely.



How to Clean Wallpapers

  1. Lightly spray cleaning alcohol onto the surface. Avoid soaking the wallpaper, as excessive moisture can damage it.
  2. Use a soft and clean cloth to gently wipe the area, focusing on any stains or dirt spots.
  3. Ensure you remove all residue and let the wallpaper air dry completely.

Tip: Test the cleaning alcohol on a small, hidden area first to ensure it doesn't discolor or damage your wallpaper.



How to Clean and Paint a Brass Profiles

Clean the Brass Profile

  1. First use a soft cloth and a mild soap solution to gently clean the surface. Remove all dirt, grease and stains.
  2. For stubborn spots, lightly buff the area with a fine-grade sanding pad.

Paint the Brass Profile

  1. Dip a clean brush into a clear lacquer suitable for brass.
  2. Evenly apply a thin coat of lacquer across the brass profile, ensuring complete coverage without pooling.
  3. Allow the lacquer to dry fully as per the product instructions (typically 1–2 hours).

 Final Inspection

  1. Check the brass for a smooth, even finish. Repeat the lacquer application if additional protection or shine is needed.
