Preparation
- Use a thick, sturdy needle and a strong thread.
- pull the thread through the needle and tie it into a closed loop.
- Pull another thread through the hole of the button.
Attaching the Button
- Stick the needle through the fabric at the spot where the button used to be, ensuring it aligns with the hole in the back panel of the cushion.
- Make sure not to pull the needle through completely. Leave the looped thread sticking out.
- Pull the thread of the button through the loop and then pull the needle through completely, bringing the button thread to the back side of the cushion.
- On the back panel of the cushion, use a small screw to anchor the button thread.
- Wrap the thread tightly around the screw and ensure the button is firmly secured
